my observations on the sick, perverted existence we call ''life'' as it rolls inexorably onward. on a sidenote, this page is formatted for a 1024x768 display. anything less would be....... less. if you wanna leave me a voicemail, call 1-206-666-FUCK. (here's yer chance to yell back.)

WOOHOO! i ordered my new toy this week! it's a 'philco capital retro turntable/cd/cassette player' (click for the link... the pic at the top of page..... ooohh...preeeeetttty.) and it didn't cost me a DIME! okay, there was 10 bucks for shipping.... and the 1500 camel bucks. each camel buck representing a pack of 20 cigarettes. which, if you play calculator, works out to 30,000 cigarettes.

ugh.

suddenly i don't feel so good. shit. i shoulda held onto those camel bucks. for 3,000 you can get an iron lung with the camel logo airbrushed on it.

ok, if you had ANY doubts of whether we belong over in iraq or not, go HERE!

there is NO excuse for this. NONE. no way, no how, no time. again proving that man is nothing more than a beast and the ONLY beast on the planet besides the weasel who kills merely for the sake of killing.

god bless america. that's what you right wing enablers say, right?

oh and by the way, today is the one year anniversary of bush's "mission accomplished" message. for those keeping count, we're over 700 american's dead. and those death's would all be AFTER the "mission accomplished" message.

and TOTALLY unrelated sidenote: the new prince album SOOOO rawks the planet, it's scary. it's PRINCE. not or prince rogers or what the HELL ever. it's PRINCE. the spiritual godchild of jimi hendrix. i really cannot recommend this cd enuf. find it, grab it, hork it, whatever.

no "silver bullet" could have prevented 9-11??? what the HELL?!??! this is NOT a fucking stephen king movie! and the 9-11 commission is NOT the place to use ill-begotten analogies, you insipid bitch. i honestly don't think we will EVER see an administration MORE prone to throwing the blame EVERYwhere except on their own doorstep.

"In her statement and in her response to questions posed by members of the Sept. 11 commission, she alternated between defending the Bush administration’s response to warnings that terrorists were planning a “big event,” and arguing that previous administrations, notably the Clinton administration, share responsibility for failing to take pre-emptive action.

President Bush "understood the threat, and he understood its importance," she said."

no, "condi", he didn't. and he STILL doesn't. the man is a walking, talking, beer swilling buffoon who can't even testify before the 9-11 commission on his own. he insists on having his "little buddy" there with him .... not that there's anything little about cheney. war-profiteering waste of human flesh that he is. for god's sake, even ronnie "we start dropping the bombs in five minutes" raygun was able to testify without his vp! (of course, every other line out of his ancient mouth was "i can't recall that" but hey, don't worry - dante has a special level of hell JUST for you ronnie!) i'm SOOOO sick of this whole thing. end the commission testimonies and let them issue their report. it's all a moot point anyway. bush, no matter WHAT the result, will throw the blame ANYwhere but on his administration. he and his staff of charlatans and deceivers will spin the whole thing to whichever route will do them the least amount of harm.

sigh. i'm all hated out. i just want all this crap to end and then for bush to lose the election once the populace realizes just how terminally brain-dead he really is.

and one of my favorite quotes:

Separately, White House spokesman Dan Bartlett said the significance of the hearing was being overstated.

“We have every level of confidence in our actions before 9/11 and particularly our actions afterward,” he said before Rice's testimony. “We don’t believe the stakes are as high as people are suggesting them to be.”

you keep thinkin' that, dan-dan. and you can put that down in the "why did you leave your last job?" field when you apply to mcdonald's after november.
